KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Meet business growth and sales targets
- Ensure business closed is retained in the books as per set guidelines
- Advise clients on appropriate commercial and personal insurance products.
- Source and develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and present insurance proposals, renewals, and claims submissions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Provide timely support and follow-up on client queries and claims.
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- 3–5 years experience as an insurance broker.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers license.
- Strong client service, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Travel may be required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Performance measured on sales targets, client satisfaction, and compliance adherence.
