About the Role

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for providing accurate financial insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to support leadership in achieving the company's financial goals. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of economic modeling, budgeting, and analysis. You will be a trusted advisor, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Strategic Insights: Analyze financial trends, market conditions, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and cost optimization.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support on key initiatives.
• Scenario Planning: Develop and evaluate financial models for scenario analysis, helping leadership assess risks and opportunities.
• Compliance & Controls: Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and financial software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
