About the Role
As the Management Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the leadership teams day-to-day activities. You will be the go-to person for administrative support, organizational tasks, and project coordination. This role requires someone who is highly organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
- Project Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are aligned with organizational goals.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize confidential documents, reports, and records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, for the management team.
- Event Planning: Support the organization of internal and external events, such as team meetings, workshops, and client gatherings.
- Office Management: Oversee general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, to ensure a productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably supporting senior management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in the sports, fitness, or wellness industry is a plus but not required.
