They are now seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team and play a pivotal role in shaping their human resources strategy.

About the Role

As the HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, ensuring that HR strategies align with business objectives. This role requires a proactive, hands-on professional who can balance strategic initiatives with operational excellence. You will be responsible for driving employee engagement, supporting organizational development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring a people-first approach.

- Employee Relations: Guide employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation.

- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance employee capabilities and support career growth.

- HR Operations: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, manage payroll processes, and oversee HR systems and documentation.

- Culture Building: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.

- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth or restructuring.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.

- Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws and regulations.

- Proven track record in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantage.
