We are currently seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Maintenance: Accurately manage and update financial records for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with Dutch accounting standards.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, providing actionable insights to clients.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions promptly.

• Tax Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring adherence to Dutch tax regulations and deadlines.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance accounting processes and implement best practices to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably within an accounting firm or handling multiple clients.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Exact Online, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

• Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
