We are expanding and looking to engage highly skilled, visionary senior profiles to lead and strengthen our work in:

This is an open call for several senior roles (Manager, Senior Manager, Director levels), depending on experience and fit.

Who we want to hear from

We are especially interested in leaders with experience in innovation and training—particularly those who have studied or worked with top universities, schools, accelerators, or global organizations—and who are motivated to contribute to Africa's development through entrepreneurship, leadership, and talent-building.

Potential role scopes

Depending on your strengths, your role may focus on one or more of the following:

1) Program Strategy & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end design and execution of accelerator, leadership, health, education, and innovation programs
• Build operating systems: workplans, budgets, KPIs, reporting, and quality assurance
• Manage teams and partners across countries

2) Entrepreneurship & Venture Support

• Coach founders and startups (validation, go-to-market, traction, fundraising readiness)
• Build mentor/expert networks and structured support pathways
• Track venture progress and outcomes

3) Learning Design & Training Excellence

• Design curricula, learning journeys, and practical tools for founders and leaders
• Facilitate high-impact workshops and improve participant experience
• Create repeatable content assets and standards

4) Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

• Manage donor, corporate, and government relationships and delivery commitments
• Contribute to proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, and renewals
• Represent EtriLabs at ecosystem events

What strong candidates typically bring

• 7–12+ years of progressive experience in program leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship support, consulting, product/market strategy, or ecosystem building
• Proven results managing complex projects (multi-stakeholder, multi-country experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills (French required; English is a major advantage)
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Commitment to building Africa-focused solutions with integrity and ambition

Locations

Benin / Senegal, with regional travel (hybrid possible depending on the role).
