Requirements:

- Good interpersonal skills: listening, availability, and courteousness;
- A focus on detail and service quality: rigor, accuracy, and reliability;
- Familiarity with computer and office tools: Office, CRM;
- A good command of French, both spoken and written (spelling and grammar);
- The desire to join a competent, joyful, and supportive team.
- A basic knowledge of English, at least spoken, is required.
