  • Engage with customers through phone, email, Skype, and chat
  • Cultivate partnerships and utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Provide informed responses to inquiries about products, pricing, and availability
  • Perform data entry across various platforms, document specific details and ensure follow-up actions on each case
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs
  • Promote awareness of the service innovations, being a true ambassador for the company

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English and Dutch
  • Stress-resilience, flexible approach to people
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Experience in Customer Service or Sales will be valued!
