- Engage with customers through phone, email, Skype, and chat
- Cultivate partnerships and utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Provide informed responses to inquiries about products, pricing, and availability
- Perform data entry across various platforms, document specific details and ensure follow-up actions on each case
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Promote awareness of the service innovations, being a true ambassador for the company
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English and Dutch
- Stress-resilience, flexible approach to people
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales will be valued!
