The Offer:

• Assure mediation between hotels and suppliers
• Assist customer by the telephone, email and other channels in a genuine manner.
• Offer assistance on purchases and products catalog
• Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer.
• Identify, study and propose the best solution to help the customer
• Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished.
• Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in French and fluency in English
• Experience in customer support and working with a CRM is a plus
• Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
• Comfortable with phone calls, email writing and social media
