The Offer

• Supervise the management of stocks of goods, drinks, products
• Collaborating with the other teams to execute daily F&B operations
• Responsible for doing inventories
• Always ensure an excellent guest experience
• Participate in determining replenishment needs and placing orders
• Take reservations and prepare seating plans
• Proposing team and operations improvements
• Being and ensuring compliance about the hotel’s values and standards
• Being and ensuring compliance about the hotel’s values and standards
• Transmit ascending and descending information, and instructions

Requirements

• Being passionate about Food and Beverage, having a strong knowledge of the division
• Experience in F&B management for a 4-star hotel is a plus
• Degree in Hospitality management or hotels is preferrable
• Fluent communication in English (verbal and written)
• Good computer knowledge and ability
• Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management
