The Offer:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to offer;
  • Source talent that matches with the requirements for each vacancy using a variety of innovative strategies;
  • Manage job postings on a variety of online platforms;
  • Create Job Descriptions;
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media;
  • Check candidates' skills and language level through phone calls;
  • Perform online and face-to-face interviews;
  • Understand each client's needs and expectations;
  • Work towards monthly and weekly targets;
  • Participate in Business Development tasks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & French;
  • Background in HR (studies or experience);
  • You are willing to learn and grow;
  • You care for people;
  • You are positive, proactive and organised;
  • You love objectives and you are result focused!
