Join our dynamic and international team as a Customer Service Representative for a leading global company! You will have the opportunity to work with a renowned brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to customers in Flemish and English.
The Offer:
- Provide customer support via telephone, email, and chat, assisting with technical issues on the platform.
- Follow the correct escalation process as needed.
- Demonstrate active listening skills, always being available to understand and ask clarifying questions to effectively assist the customer.
- Identify, analyze, and recommend the best solutions to resolve customer inquiries.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at the end of each interaction.
- Accurately document all relevant information in the system, maintaining a high level of service quality.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Flemish and English (C1) to provide exceptional customer service in both languages
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, with a strong technical customer support background preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage customer expectations and handle complaints in a professional and responsible manner
