With a specialty in customized facilities management solutions for B2B, our client id looking for a Customer Success Manager. Within this role you will be assisting your customers to discover their full potential in the world of the digital solutions (SaaS).
The Offer:
- Assist and guide the users through the SaaS platform and the mobile app ;
- Develop your customers' best practices, according to their professional structures ;
- Make sure your points of contact are well trained on the products ;
- Define and apply strategy to optimize their using
- Inform your clients on their performances and updates ;
- Share with the team any highlights that could be useful to improve the product/solution ;
- Stay up-to-date in terms of IT innovations ;
Requirements:
- Great communication skills in Spanish & French;
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales environment;
- Comfortable with IT & digital solutions;
- Excellent organizational skills;
