With a specialty in customized facilities management solutions for B2B, our client id looking for a Customer Success Manager. Within this role you will be assisting your customers to discover their full potential in the world of the digital solutions (SaaS). 

The Offer:

  • Assist and guide the users through the SaaS platform and the mobile app ;
  • Develop your customers' best practices, according to their professional structures ;
  • Make sure your points of contact are well trained on the products ;
  • Define and apply strategy to optimize their using 
  • Inform your clients on their performances and updates ;
  • Share with the team any highlights that could be useful to improve the product/solution ;
  • Stay up-to-date in terms of IT innovations ;

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills in Spanish & French;
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales environment;
  • Comfortable with IT & digital solutions;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
