The Offer:

  • Manage Cornerstone Core and Cornerstone Learning functionalities.
  • Monitor data imports/exports via Edge and data warehouse integration.
  • Troubleshoot SSO access (SAML, Azure) and authorizations.
  • Create, share, and guide users on reports and dashboards.
  • Oversee Security Role management for diverse user groups.
  • Support ILT and vILT events, aiding contact center partners, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Document processes, remotely coach ILT administrators.
  • Address user support tickets with timely, optimal solutions.
  • Manage complex OU structure for dynamic learning assignments.
  • Collaborate with HR, Risk & Compliance, and stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Cornerstone Core, Cornerstone Learning, and Cornerstone Edge (2+ years).
  • Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and Learning Record Store.
  • Understanding of integrations (Edge, SSO, OAuth2.0) and APIs.
  • Create and share reports and dashboards using Reporting 2.0.
  • Security Role management for diverse user groups.
  • Proficient in Cornerstone's organizational unit structure and handling of structures like Divisions, Locations, Positions, Groups and Cost Centers.
  • Language: English fluency; German, French proficiency beneficial; Italian a plus.
