The Offer:
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat;
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, resolving in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team members and follow up on resolutions;
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including the nature of the issue, steps taken, and other relevant information;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and sales;
- Provide feedback to management on customer issues, trends, and potential product improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and excellent communication skills in English;
- Experience within Customer Service (preferably in a call center environment);
- Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management;
- Strong in phone calls, email writing;
- Great organizational skills, time management;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google suite tools.
