The Offer:

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, or chat;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, resolving in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team members and follow up on resolutions;
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including the nature of the issue, steps taken, and other relevant information;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and sales;
  • Provide feedback to management on customer issues, trends, and potential product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and excellent communication skills in English;
  • Experience within Customer Service (preferably in a call center environment);
  • Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management;
  • Strong in phone calls, email writing;
  • Great organizational skills, time management;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google suite tools.
