  • Assess candidate's qualifications by reviewing their resumes and conducting interviews.

  • Arrange communication with client and conduct meetings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment/sourcing will be valued.
  • Availability to relocate from 4 to 6 weeks to Geneva to conduct the initial training and understand the work and culture.
  • Availability to travel every 2-3 months to the office to meet the team.
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in French and English.
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset and reactive problem-solving.
