The Offer:
- Source candidates through online job boards, social media, networking, and referral.
- Assess candidate's qualifications by reviewing their resumes and conducting interviews.
- Manage the interview process and extend job offers to successful candidates.
- Arrange communication with client and conduct meetings.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment/sourcing will be valued.
- Availability to relocate from 4 to 6 weeks to Geneva to conduct the initial training and understand the work and culture.
- Availability to travel every 2-3 months to the office to meet the team.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in French and English.
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and reactive problem-solving.
