The Offer:
- Support clients and partners through phone, email, chat or social media to promote and sell products;
- Handle customers complaints and address inquiries regarding products, prices, and availability;
- Improve upselling, recommending products and offering alternatives;
- Assist in the creation of prices, promotions and negotiations;
- Create monthly reports and effectively manage sale contracts for orders;
- Understand and promote company's programs.
Requirements:
- Fluent level of Italian and proficiency in English;
- Great organizational, time management and problem solving skills;
- Optimistic and positive attitude;
- Knowledge and practical understanding of the Customer Service;
- Ability to make decisions independently and to work in a fast-paced environment.
