The Offer:

  • Support clients and partners through phone, email, chat or social media to promote and sell products;
  • Address inquiries from customers regarding products, prices, and availability.
  • Assist in the creation of prices, promotions and negotiations;
  • Create monthly reports and manage sale contracts for orders;
  • Understand and promote company's programs.

Requirements:

  • Fluent level of French and proficiency in English;
  • Great organizational, time management and problem solving skills;
  • Optimistic and positive attitude;
  • Knowledge and practical understanding of the Customer Service workflow;
  • Ability to make decisions independently and to work in a fast paced environment;
  • Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality will be valued;
