The Offer:
- Understand customers' needs and improve upselling;
- Support clients and partners through phone, email, chat or social media to promote and sell products;
- Address inquiries from customers regarding products, prices, and availability.
- Assist in the creation of prices, promotions and negotiations;
- Create monthly reports and manage sale contracts for orders;
- Understand and promote company's programs.
Requirements:
- Fluent level of French and proficiency in English;
- Great organizational, time management and problem solving skills;
- Optimistic and positive attitude;
- Knowledge and practical understanding of the Customer Service workflow;
- Ability to make decisions independently and to work in a fast paced environment;
- Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality will be valued;
