The Offer:
- Assist the customer by phone, emails and chat;
- Offer technical assistance on the tools (smart home devices: cameras, virtual assistant etc..);
- Troubleshoot and define the correct escalation process when necessary;
- Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer;
- Identify, study and propose the best solution to help your customer;
- Gather all relevant information into the system;
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian or Danish + intermediate level in English;
- Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus;
- Genuine care giver with a problem solver mind;
- Great soft skills;
- Comfortable with phone calls, email writing and social media;
