The Offer:

  • Assist the customer by phone, emails and chat;
  • Offer technical assistance on the tools (smart home devices: cameras, virtual assistant etc..);
  • Troubleshoot and define the correct escalation process when necessary;
  • Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer;
  • Identify, study and propose the best solution to help your customer;
  • Gather all relevant information into the system;

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian or Danish + intermediate level in English;
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus;
  • Genuine care giver with a problem solver mind;
  • Great soft skills;
  • Comfortable with phone calls, email writing and social media;
