The Offer:

• Planning, maintaining and improving shift plans;
• Analyze occupancy and implement solutions for optimizing workflow activity depending on efficiency KPIs;
• Communicate management solutions with internal partners;
• Support outside collaborators in the operations in the workforce planning tool.

Requirements:

• Fluent communication skills in English (German would be a plus);
• 5+ years of experience within the planning, scheduling & analytics;
• Knowledge & practical understanding of the Customer Service workflow;
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility and proactiveness;
• Result oriented approach, analytical mindset;
• Ability to handle and handle several processes at the time;
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications;
• Knowledge of the Workforce Management Software.
