The Role:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to articulate and define learning objectives.
  • Develop detailed storyboards outlining the structure and progression of e-learning content.
  • Utilize authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline to design and create multimedia-enriched e-learning courses.
  • Construct interactive modules, quizzes, and assessments that effectively reinforce the learning experience.
  • Work collaboratively with team members throughout the course development process to design captivating learning experiences, encompassing ILT, eLearnings, and more.
  • Manage projects, timelines, and ensure content coherence with stakeholder expectations.
  • Perform quality tests to identify and rectify any content issues.
  • Enhance and refine e-learning courses based on feedback and performance insights.

Requirements:

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet diverse stakeholder requirements simultaneously.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in fast-paced timelines.
  • Translate technical concepts and information into clear and comprehensible learning objectives.
  • Showcase experience in planning, executing, and overseeing broader initiatives.
  • Apply user experience (UX) design principles to optimize learner engagement.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the creation of adult learning training materials or as an instructional designer.
  • 3 years of experience in the telecom industry.
