Your diligent efforts in reviewing user-generated content, validating compliance, and identifying potential errors play a vital role in upholding community guidelines and applicable regulations.

The Offer:

  • Moderating and validating various types of content, such as text, images, and videos to ensure compliance with client policies;
  • Identifying and escalating any potential application errors for prompt resolution;
  • Participating in testing, launching, and implementing new products or working tools;
  • Providing suggestions to improve policies and procedures;
  • Preparing and sending daily activity reports;

Requirements:

  • Proficient Italian (C1) and English (B2) language skills (written and spoken);
  • No previous experience needed;
  • Excellent attention to detail and a helpful attitude;
  • Passion for social media;
  • Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset;
  • Availability to work 24/7,  with rotation in 3-shifts;
  • Based in Lisbon, Portugal;
