  • Analyzing the client's issue and providing the information needed;
  • Guiding the customers through the terms and conditions of the contract;
  • Make sure to offer a high quality assistance;

  • Save notes on every interaction to provide the best customer experience;

Requirements:

  • Fluent in German, proficient in English;
  • Natural taste for assistance and customer relations;
  • Excellent communication skills, good judgement;
  • Treat all data with high confidentiality
