As a Customer Care Advisor, you will assist clients to solve their issues by offering them the best options or information on the product/service.
The Offer
- Receive and reply your customers requests by online chats, e-mails, and incoming calls;
- Analyzing the client's issue and providing the information needed;
- Guiding the customers through the terms and conditions of the contract;
- Make sure to offer a high quality assistance;
- Offering additional help or support;
- Save notes on every interaction to provide the best customer experience;
Requirements:
- Fluent in German, proficient in English;
- Natural taste for assistance and customer relations;
- Excellent communication skills, good judgement;
- Treat all data with high confidentiality
