The Offer:
- Resolve customer issues in a professional way;

Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian and excellent communication skills in English;
- Experience in customer support;
- Genuine care giver. Able to multi-task, proactive and good with time management;
- Strong in phone calls, email writing;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google suite tools.
