The Offer

  • Present, promote and sell using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Identifying business opportunities
  • Perform analysis of existing and potential customers to meet and exceed their needs
  • Create new business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to leads through cold calling
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within timeline
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish is a must.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related
  • Experience in Sales, minimum 1 year.
  • Be proactive, organized, result-driven, teamplayer, hungry to grow and learn, resilient.
