Quality Systems Manager (f/m/d)

Job description

As Quality Systems Manager (f/m/d) you are responsible for implementing and establishing our quality management system at instagrid. You support the organization with process mapping, identifying best practices, coordinating and following up on measures of continuous
improvement to enhance our overall product and process quality. With your analytical, solution-oriented mindset, you support the development of a sustainable quality strategy, quality performance metric, and culture. You provide valuable feedback to the organization on how to improve our processes and ensure that quality targets along our quality management guidelines are met. With your expertise you support the team by:

• Defining a suitable quality management system, implementing it in daily processes and refining existing processes according to EN ISO 9001
• Setting up, controlling, and navigating our Integrated Management System and Quality Management Manual
• Providing support to the individual departments by mapping their processes according to BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
• Building and improving the functions of quality governance framework as well as quality reporting and analytics
• Advising internal departments and our customers and suppliers on all process quality issues
• Assisting in internal and external quality audits
  

Job requirements

• You have successfully completed a technical degree in mechatronics, electrical engineering or a comparable field
• You have 5+ years of professional experience in quality management
• You have gained solid expertise in building quality organizations over the years, so specifying and implementing quality processes as well as applying common quality techniques are easy for you
• You have proven to be analytical along with sound presentation and moderation skills
• You always meet customers at eye level and demonstrate a high degree of customer orientation through your professional, engaging manner
• You have very good German and English skills and excellent communication skills
