Als Payroll Specialist (w/m/d) bist du ein wichtiges Mitglied unseres People & Culture Teams und übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für deinen Aufgabenbereich. Du hast die Chance deine kreativen Ideen einzubringen und diese zu verwirklichen, um die bestmögliche Employee Experience zu gestalten und uns bei der internationalen Expansion zu unterstützen.

Werde Teil unserer Erfolgsgeschichte, nimm die Herausforderung an und baue das Team mit uns aus, indem du

• die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeiter:innen bei allen Fragen rund um Payroll und Abrechnung bist.
• Ansprechpartner:in für unsere externen Lohnabrechnungsdienstleister in Deutschland, UK, Finnland und Frankreich bist.
• alle abrechnungsrelevanten Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten sorgfältig pflegst.
• die Prüfung und Abstimmung der monatlichen Abrechnung übernimmst.
• Ansprechpartner:in für alle Themen rund um die Personaladministration bist.
• unser HRIS-Programm Personio sorgfältig pflegst und die damit verbundenen Workflows stetig optimierst.
• Bescheinigungen, Zertifikate und Berichte erstellst.

Stellenanforderungen

• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Bezug zu HR und konntest bereits Erfahrungen in einem stark skalierenden Unternehmen sammeln.
• Du bringst 2+ Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Payroll in Deutschland und mindestens einem weiteren Land mit.
• Du kennst dich mit HRIS-Systemen aus und hast idealerweise bereits mit Personio gearbeitet.
• Du bringst viel Eigeninitiative mit, arbeitest strukturiert und besitzt eine große Leidenschaft für People & Culture Themen.
• Du kannst sowohl mit Mitarbeiter:innen als auch Stakeholder:innen auf Augenhöhe kommunizieren und besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

As an International Payroll Specialist (f/m/d) you are an important member of our People & Culture team and take full responsibility for your area. You will have the chance to contribute and implement your creative ideas to design the best possible employee experience and support us with our international expansion.
Become part of our success story, take the challenge and grow the team with us by

• being the first point of contact for our employees for all questions regarding payroll and payroll accounting.
• being the first point of contact for our external payroll service providers in Germany, the US, the UK, Finland, and France.
• carefully maintaining all master and transaction data relevant to payroll.
• taking over the review and reconciliation of the monthly payroll.
• being the first point of contact for all topics related to personnel administration.
• carefully maintaining our HRIS program Personio and constantly optimizing the associated workflows.
• creating certificates, attestations and reports.

Job requirements

• You completed an education related to HR and have already gained experience in a highly scaling company.
• You bring 2+ years of practical payroll experience in Germany and at least one other country.
• You are familiar with HRIS systems and have ideally already worked with Personio.
• You bring a lot of initiative, work in a structured way, and have a great passion for people & culture topics.
• You can communicate with employees as well as stakeholders at eye level and have a very good command of German and English.
