Job Title: Business Process Improvement Expert

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: THB 90,000 110,000 per month (depending on experience and technical scope)

Job Purpose

The Business Process Improvement (BPI) Expert will work closely with the BPI Lead to analyze, optimize, and automate business processes across the organization. This position bridges business understanding and technical execution, leveraging automation tools, RPA, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). The role also involves integration with ERP systems such as SAP to deliver efficient, data-driven, and digitally enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

A. Process Analysis & Improvement Support

  • Collaborate with the BPI Lead and business users to document current processes and identify inefficiencies or improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements and pain points into actionable improvement initiatives.
  • Develop detailed process documentation (e.g., swimlanes, SIPOC, Visio diagrams).
  • Facilitate workshops and improvement sessions to align process redesign with business objectives and best practices.

B. Automation & Solution Development

  • Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate and RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate Desktop).
  • Develop low-code/no-code applications in Power Apps to digitize and streamline business workflows.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for KPI visualization and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate automation solutions with ERP systems such as SAP, ensuring data consistency and process alignment.
  • Ensure all solutions are properly tested, documented, version-controlled, and compliant with IT governance.

C. Vendor & Project Management

  • Coordinate with external vendors or implementation partners when automation or integration projects require large-scale deployment or specialized expertise.
  • Define project scope, evaluate vendor proposals, and monitor delivery progress to ensure alignment with business requirements, cost, and quality standards.
  • Act as a bridge between business users, IT, and vendors to ensure smooth technical delivery and integration.
  • Support contract management, project documentation, and post-delivery review.

D. Technical Enablement & User Support

  • Serve as the first-line technical contact for automation and Power Platform solutions.
  • Provide training, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancement support for deployed solutions.
  • Promote automation awareness and digital literacy across business functions.

E. Continuous Improvement & Governance

  • Monitor performance of implemented solutions to ensure sustained value realization.
  • Support the BPI Lead in defining KPIs, success metrics, and benefit tracking.
  • Identify new automation or process improvement opportunities through data analytics and user feedback.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in business process improvement, automation, or business analysis.
  • Strong technical skills in:
    • Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
    • RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate Desktop, or equivalent)
    • ERP system integration, especially SAP (advantageous)
    • Data management, workflow automation, and analytics
  • Experience managing vendors or implementation partners in technology or automation projects.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills across business and technical teams.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
