We are seeking a highly experienced Country Head to lead our Thailand operations for a global enterprise technology provider. This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and shaping market presence in Thailand and the ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the sales team to achieve company objectives in Thailand.
• Develop and execute territory plans to secure strategic wins, deliver lighthouse projects, and exceed sales targets.
• Drive pipeline generation, maintain strong CRM discipline, and ensure healthy pipeline management.
• Collaborate closely with solution architects, product teams, and management to capture customer requirements and guide opportunity development.
• Partner with marketing and business development teams to execute demand generation activities targeting key accounts in ASEAN.
• Co-sell with regional and local partners to maximize conversion and deal success.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in enterprise or cloud sales at a leading technology company in the data, infrastructure, or cloud sectors.
• Strong network and existing relationships with enterprise customers in ASEAN. Experience with clients in Fintech, Payments, E-Commerce, Retail, Logistics, Gaming, or Digital Natives is a plus.
• Knowledge of database and/or cloud computing solutions.
• Proven track record engaging senior executives and navigating enterprise decision-making processes.
• High energy, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, disruptive environment.
• Bachelor's      degree in a relevant field.
