What You'll Do

• Define and execute ML strategies with product and data teams
• Build, train, and deploy models for personalization, automation, and insights
• Handle data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Develop scalable ML infrastructure and pipelines
• Integrate AI outputs into user-facing products and internal tools
• Stay updated on emerging AI/ML trends and apply them to real-world challenges

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or backend development
• Strong Python programming skills (must-have)
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Familiarity with ML workflows: data cleaning, model development, tuning, evaluation
• Experience deploying models/APIs in real-world environments
• Based in Thailand and open to hybrid working

Bonus Points For:

• Background in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation engines
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Startup or high-growth tech experience
