Lead Full Stack Engineer -  High-Growth Tech Company

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our client's dynamic team. This role emphasizes leading technical initiatives and projects rather than direct people management. Youll play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing complex applications, particularly single-page applications (SPA) and back-office systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical projects and ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Design and implement robust, scalable software across the stack.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.

  • Maintain code quality through best practices and reviews.

  • Optimize application performance for efficiency and speed.

  • Refactor and modernize legacy codebases.

  • Drive improvements in coding standards and development practices.

  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.

  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning.

What Were Looking For

Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in web application development.

  • Expertise with modern client-side frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

  • Proven experience in SPA or back-office systems at scale.

  • Solid backend experience (Node.js, Express, or similar).

  • Strong RESTful API design and development skills.

  • Database experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.

  • Performance optimization of web applications.

  • Knowledge of software engineering principles and design patterns.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork.

  • Proactive, energetic, and impact-driven.

  • Strategic problem-solver with a hands-on approach.

Tech Stack & Environment

  • Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, GitOps (ArgoCD), GitHub Actions.

  • Backend: Python, Django, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, Celery.

  • Frontend: JavaScript, Vue.js.

  • Open to expatriate candidates with prior international work experience.

  • Not open to candidates applying directly from their home country without prior global exposure.
