Evantis Talent Solutions is supporting a leading client in the Energy sector, delivering high-impact solutions across complex data environments. We're now hiring an experienced Data Engineer with strong cloud capabilities to join a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data engineering solutions using Snowflake or Azure (depending on project demand)

• Build and optimize batch and streaming data pipelines on cloud infrastructure

• Extract, process, and structure data from various internal and external sources

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support analytical use cases

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end data solutions

• Ensure alignment with technical architecture, data governance, and industry best practices

• Translate business processes into data workflows and model designs

• Explore and adopt new technologies in line with the company's roadmap

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering

• Hands-on experience with Azure and Snowflake

• Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures)

• Experience in building ETL/ELT pipelines on Azure (ADF, Azure Functions, Event Hub, Azure DevOps)

• Working knowledge of Python

• Familiar with data modeling concepts (e.g. Star schema, Snowflake schema)

• Language: Fluent in Thai

Nice to Have

• Experience with on-premises pipelines (e.g. NiFi, SSIS)

• SQL Server optimization skills (indexing, query tuning)

• Exposure to integrating diverse data sources (e.g. SAP, SQL Server, Hadoop)

• Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, Git

• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)

• Event streaming experience (e.g. Kafka)

• Exposure to SAP HANA, Qlik Replicate, or SLT

• Experience working in Agile or SCRUM environments
