🧩 About the Role

We're hiring a highly organized and emotionally intelligent Project Manager to support the operational delivery of multiple business divisions in Thailand, including digital marketing campaigns and virtual world initiatives.

This is a critical role for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in cross-functional environments and wants to help turn strategy into execution for fast-moving teams.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects across influencer marketing, virtual world platforms, and commerce innovation
• Act as the central point of contact between business units, supporting alignment and delivery across marketing, tech, sales, and client solutions
• Identify blockers and provide proactive, solution-oriented recommendations
• Own project documentation, trackers, status reports, and meeting follow-ups
• Implement tools and processes that improve team workflows and operational efficiency
• Cultivate a feedback-driven, high-trust, goal-oriented culture within the Thailand team
• Analyze day-to-day operational challenges and work with stakeholders to drive resolution

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management within marketing, tech, digital media, consulting, or communications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or Project Management
• Fluent in Thai & English (TOEFL iBT 95+ preferred or equivalent proficiency)
• Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced settings
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Google Suite, Notion, etc.)
• Highly organized, structured, and detail-focused
• Strong communicator with the ability to work across diverse teams and personalities
• Emotionally intelligent, proactive, and goal-oriented with a collaborative mindset
