🧩 About the Role

We are hiring a passionate and driven Sales Manager to lead key commercial growth initiatives for a high-growth digital media and marketing company in Thailand. You'll work with top-tier brands, agencies, and platforms to deliver high-impact media solutions in the gaming and entertainment ecosystem.

This is a high-visibility role with exciting growth potential, suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, tech-forward environments and has strong ad tech and media sales experience.

🚀 What You'll Do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of brand and agency accounts in Thailand
  • Sell digital media solutions,      including YouTube ads, programmatic buying, and in-game advertising
  • Build and lead private programmatic partnerships with agencies and platforms
  • Identify upsell opportunities and expand relationships within key accounts
  • Develop and pitch go-to-market strategies tailored to client objectives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal client solutions, marketing, and BI teams
  • Play a key role in shaping the sales strategy and execution plan for the Thai market

🎯 What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in digital media sales with brands or agencies
  • 3+ years in ad tech (e.g., publisher, ad exchange, DSP, DMP, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of advertising metrics (CPM, CPI, CPV, etc.)
  • Experience working with influencer marketing and/or game publishers is a plus
  • Trusted relationship builder with a consultative sales approach
  • Analytical thinker with storytelling ability and a data-driven mindset
  • Proactive, ambitious, and comfortable with autonomy and ambiguity
  • Fluent in Thai (spoken and written), with solid English communication skills
