We're hiring an Ecommerce Operations Manager to lead and scale a high-growth digital commerce brand that merges lifestyle, gaming, and influencer culture. Youll drive end-to-end operations, P&L ownership, and strategic partnerships to fuel growth, efficiency, and innovation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment and is passionate about e-commerce, culture, and performance marketing.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle e-commerce operations: inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and quality control
  • Optimize conversion and performance across D2C and social commerce channels
  • Drive P&L performance: manage gross margin, EBITDA, forecasting, and cost control
  • Build scalable systems and SOPs across operations and supply chain
  • Manage collaborations with creators, influencers, and IP owners
  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability, customer experience, and operational scale
  • Act as a brand ambassador and culture carrier, internally and externally

What Were Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or performance-led business management
  • Strong P&L ownership experience with a focus on gross margin and EBITDA delivery
  • Solid understanding of digital commerce, product scaling, and supply chain management
  • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams
  • Tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, and data-driven decision-maker
  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder, and relationship management skills
  • Thai native speaker with strong English communication
  • Experience in fast-growth or startup environments highly preferred
