🚀 About the Role
We're hiring an Ecommerce Operations Manager to lead and scale a high-growth digital commerce brand that merges lifestyle, gaming, and influencer culture. Youll drive end-to-end operations, P&L ownership, and strategic partnerships to fuel growth, efficiency, and innovation.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, startup-style environment and is passionate about e-commerce, culture, and performance marketing.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle e-commerce operations: inventory, fulfillment, logistics, and quality control
- Optimize conversion and performance across D2C and social commerce channels
- Drive P&L performance: manage gross margin, EBITDA, forecasting, and cost control
- Build scalable systems and SOPs across operations and supply chain
- Manage collaborations with creators, influencers, and IP owners
- Lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance culture
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, customer experience, and operational scale
- Act as a brand ambassador and culture carrier, internally and externally
What Were Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or performance-led business management
- Strong P&L ownership experience with a focus on gross margin and EBITDA delivery
- Solid understanding of digital commerce, product scaling, and supply chain management
- Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams
- Tech-savvy, entrepreneurial, and data-driven decision-maker
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder, and relationship management skills
- Thai native speaker with strong English communication
- Experience in fast-growth or startup environments highly preferred
