A global manufacturer in the semiconductor sector is hiring a Finance Analyst to lead cost control, variance analysis, and financial forecasting efforts at its plant in Nonthaburi. This role will support both operational efficiency and strategic business goals.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage cost-controlling activities to meet plant spending targets

• Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analysis across cost and spending metrics

• Ensure financial activities comply with internal policies and timelines

• Develop forecasts and provide actionable financial insights to operations teams

• Support decision-making through robust financial modeling and scenario analysis

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial planning with operational objectives

• Monitor key financial indicators and flag risks or opportunities

• Assist with preparing reports and presentations for leadership

• Contribute to the implementation of cost-saving and efficiency initiatives

• Handle ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment

• CPA certification is a plus

• Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)

• Advanced skills in MS Excel, including PivotTables and Macros

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Bachelors degree in Accounting (MBA preferred)
