A growing IT solutions company is seeking a System Analyst to join their expanding team in Bangkok. This role will act as the key link between business users and technical teams, translating requirements into structured specifications, managing documentation, and ensuring solutions align with user expectations.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document system requirements

• Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and process flows (BRD, FRD, Use Cases, UML diagrams)

• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solution feasibility and delivery quality

• Analyze and troubleshoot issues during UAT and production support

• Conduct impact analysis for system changes or enhancements

• Assist project managers in planning and timeline coordination

• Participate in internal reviews to validate requirements and technical design

• Provide training and create user manuals or relevant documentation for system users

What We're Looking For

• 35+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in gathering and translating requirements

• Proficiency in documentation tools and techniques (e.g., BRD, FRD, flowcharts, UML)

• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile or Scrum methodologies

• Ability to work with relational databases and perform basic SQL queries

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

• Experience in insurance, ERP, or enterprise software is a plus
