A fast-growing digital solutions company is seeking a Project & Product Team Leader to support cross-functional delivery teams and help drive successful software initiatives. This is a fully remote role (Thailand-based) and is ideal for candidates with solid coordination experience, stakeholder communication skills, and an interest in digital transformation.

What You'll Do

Support and coordinate across three key delivery areas:

• Business Analysis Assist with requirement gathering and documentation

• UX/UI Design Collaborate on user-centric interface development

• Project Management Help ensure timelines and deliverables are met

You'll work closely with developers, QA, DevSecOps, and client stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in digital product or software project delivery

• 2-3+ years in a project coordination or team lead role

• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Familiarity with SDLC, UX/UI, and business analysis

• Good communication in Thai and English

• Exposure to AI tools or digital transformation projects is a plus

• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable
