Were hiring a Head of Business Development for a high-growth marketing agency within the gaming and entertainment space. Youll lead commercial strategy and revenue across influencer campaigns, branded partnerships, and media sales. Ideal for someone entrepreneurial, data-driven, and experienced in building teams and scaling revenue in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new business and commercial growth in Thailand across media, influencer marketing, and branded partnerships
  • Own strategic client relationships with brands, game publishers, and agencies
  • Drive YoY revenue growth through gross-margin-led deals
  • Define and execute GTM plans in partnership with senior leadership
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, reporting, and deal delivery
  • Oversee and develop a high-performing sales, client solutions, and account management team
  • Champion B2B marketing activities, client events, and thought leadership
  • Lead recruitment, training, and capability building within the commercial team

Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
  • Proven track record in media sales, influencer marketing, gaming/esports sponsorships, or entertainment campaigns
  • Experience working with game publishers and top-tier consumer brands
  • Team leadership experience, including hiring and scaling teams in Thailand
  • Strong command of P&L ownership, gross margin targets, and performance metrics
  • Familiar with CRM, forecasting tools, and pipeline management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on, data-driven, resilient
  • Stable employment history,y no frequent job changes (612 months minimum per role)

Bonus Points

  • Background in startups or high-growth tech/media companies
  • Knowledge of gaming culture or the creator economy
  • Previous experience with RSUs or company ownership structures

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: THB 150,000 - 200,000/month (flexible based on fit)
  • Commission: 10% of personal gross margin (capped at 5% of total monthly margin)
  • Bonus: 6 months' base salary for achieving annual GP target (THB 88M)
