🧩 About the Role

We're hiring a Financial Controller to oversee regional finance operations for a fast-growing, multi-entity business in the digital entertainment and technology sector. This role requires a strategic finance leader who can manage reporting, budgeting, compliance, and business partnering while modernizing finance systems to support scalable growth.

You'll work closely with executive leadership to shape financial strategy, implement operational improvements, and drive profitability across multiple revenue streams.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management

• Lead accounting operations to ensure accurate and timely monthly closings (by the 10th of each month)
• Oversee revenue and expense recognition; reconcile CRM and accounting system data
• Manage cash flow, working capital, bank payments, and payroll
• Prepare rolling 12-month forecasts, P&L analysis, and variance reporting
• Ensure timely submission of tax filings (VAT, WHT, CIT, etc.) and audit completion
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and keep up to date with regulatory changes

Business Partnership & Strategic Finance

• Provide actionable financial insights to business and operations leaders
• Conduct feasibility and profitability analysis for new business models and partnerships
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and internal controls initiatives
• Support strategic planning, fundraising, and investor reporting
• Drive digital transformation within finance (systems, automation, visualization)
• Develop dashboards and performance metrics using BI tools

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis
• Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Fluent in Thai, with strong English communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to synthesize financial data into business recommendations
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project follow-through
• Experience with financial reporting, audit, tax, and compliance frameworks
• Analytical, proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-forward mindset
