Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and specialist providers
    • Conduct commercial discussions and formalize provider agreements
    • Evaluate provider performance through audits and service quality reviews
    • Resolve operational challenges and support ongoing provider engagement
    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align billing and service processes
    • Educate medical providers on system tools and administrative procedures
    • Participate in regional development initiatives to strengthen healthcare access

Requirements

    • Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or a similar field
    • Professional experience in hospital or clinical operations, provider management, or healthcare contracting (5+ years preferred)
    • Deep understanding of healthcare delivery models and medical terminology
    • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Bilingual proficiency in Thai and English
    • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple partnerships
    • Capable of interpreting performance data and driving process improvements
    • Willing to travel frequently within Thailand, with occasional international assignments
