Head of Engineering | Leading SaaS Company | Bangkok-Based (Relocation Available)

A high-growth, product-led tech company is looking for a Head of Engineering to lead and scale its development team in Bangkok. This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking SaaS organization with a strong international culture, modern tech stack, and exciting product roadmap.

Location: Onsite in Bangkok (Relocation package available)

Salary: Up to THB 200,000/month (gross)

Open to: Thai nationals, expats based in Thailand, and overseas candidates willing to relocate

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and grow a team of engineers focused on delivering high-quality software
  • Oversee backend and frontend architecture and ensure scalable, secure systems
  • Drive the implementation of modern DevOps practices
  • Review and guide code development, ensuring best practices across the team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Leadership teams
  • Mentor and develop a growing tech team

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on backend experience in Python (or Java, JavaScript, or Golang)
  • Solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js, React.js, Angular)
  • Experience leading engineering teams of 5+ members for at least 23 years
  • Proven experience in feature delivery, system design, and architectural planning
  • Strong grasp of DevOps tools and methodologies
  • International work experience is required
  • Stable career history (no frequent job-hopping)
  • Strong motivation to relocate to Bangkok (if overseas)
