Join a leading electronics manufacturer specializing in advanced optical and transceiver products. We're looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineering Manager to lead test operations, improve yield, and drive technical excellence in a high-tech production environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of test engineers and technicians
• Monitor test yield and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct root cause analysis and manage failure analysis processes
• Oversee test software installation and compliance with process standards
• Manage budgeting and resource planning
• Ensure testing processes meet customer expectations and quality standards

What Were Looking For:

• 7-10 years of experience in electronics testing within EMS or related manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of circuit design, electronics testing, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with optical or transceiver products
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Good command of English

Package & Schedule:

• Salary: THB 100,000 150,000/month
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00
• Location: Chonburi Plant (Eastern Seaboard Area)
