About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Sales Team Leader to join a fast-growing technology company specializing in Cloud-Native Applications, Cloud Platforms, and DevSecOps solutions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of sales strategy, lead a team, and drive growth by building strong client relationships and delivering innovative solutions that help enterprises stay competitive.
You will work closely with leadership and solution consultants, coaching and supporting the sales team while also engaging directly with enterprise clients to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets

Co-develop annual sales strategies and execute plans for business growth

Engage with enterprise clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions

Collaborate with solution consultants to deliver technical proposals, presentations, and demonstrations

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with key decision-makers

Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with clients and accounts

Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through multiple channels

Stay up to date with trends in cloud, software, and DevSecOps to ensure competitive positioning
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in any field (Computer Science, IT, or related preferred)

5+ years of B2B tech sales experience

3+ years leading or coaching a sales team

Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, cloud-native applications, and DevSecOps solutions

Established relationships with enterprise decision-makers are highly desirable

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
