Salary: 60K - 80K THB | Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a Rewards & Benefits professional to support the design, administration, and improvement of compensation and benefits programs in a multinational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits matters to HR and managers
• Support salary reviews, incentive programs, and job mapping exercises
• Review and manage employee benefits offerings for compliance and competitiveness
• Analyze market data and generate insights for decision-making
• Support communication and policy implementation for managers and employees
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and global standards
• Drive process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance experience
• Contribute to global/local projects on compensation & benefits
• Manage vendors to ensure efficiency and cost savings

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in compensation & benefits (MNC experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of C&B principles and labor laws
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel/Tableau
