Location: Central Bangkok (near BTS)

Salary Range: Up to 30,000 THB

About the Role

We are seeking a Network Engineer for our 24x7 Network Operations Center (NOC) team. You will be responsible for monitoring and supporting enterprise networks, ensuring uptime and reliability for critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure using enterprise tools.
• Provide first-line support for network incidents and outages.
• Configure and maintain Cisco and Palo Alto devices.
• Log and escalate issues as necessary.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve network faults.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in network support or NOC operations.
• Familiar with Cisco, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Basic understanding of routing and switching.
• Willingness to work shifts (including weekends and nights).
