Are you a data-driven analyst ready to play a key role in shaping commercial strategy for a fast-scaling tech company? We're hiring a Lead Marketing Data Analyst to own the data and analytics landscape across marketing and revenue functions. This role offers the chance to work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to support strategic growth initiatives with powerful data insights.
What You'll Do:

Lead and manage the full data lifecycle from acquisition to visualization and actionable insight

Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports for internal teams across marketing, content, and customer success

Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across analytics platforms, CRMs, and data warehouses

Work with data integration tools and APIs to streamline workflows and expand data acquisition capabilities

Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, campaign performance, and customer journeys to uncover growth opportunities

Present clear, practical insights to internal stakeholders to guide commercial decisions
What We're Looking For:

6+ years' experience in a senior data or business analyst role, ideally in B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or fintech environments

Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python (or similar languages)

Strong command of marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV), funnel performance, and cohort analysis

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase) and spreadsheets
-
Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery)

Exposure to tools like GA4, Hubspot, Segment, or similar RevOps platforms is a strong advantage

Bonus: experience with low-code/AI automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n)

Degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field

Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and project management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international team environment
