Salary Range: Up to 65,000 THB

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Network Engineer with a strong background in network infrastructure and change management. This role involves leading network support operations, managing complex network environments, and ensuring stability and performance across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate change management activities for network systems.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and configuration support for Cisco, Palo Alto, and Aruba environments.
  • Maintain network security and performance standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and processes.
  • Lead incident response and root cause analysis for network issues.
  • Support cloud network operations where applicable (AWS or Azure).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing network operations teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge in routing, switching, and firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba).
  • Experience with load balancers, SD-WAN, VPNs, and security devices.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud operations is an advantage.
  • Good English communication and leadership skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Transportation allowance: 1,200 THB per month
