A fast-growing regional fintech company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (Thailand) to drive hiring efforts in the country and support selected regional recruitment across Southeast Asia.

This is a permanent role based in Thailand, with hybrid flexibility. You'll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers across engineering, AI, operations, and business teams owning the full hiring lifecycle, building sourcing strategies, and helping scale teams that will shape the future of financial access.

What Youll Do

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Thailand-based roles across technology, business, and operations.
  • Act as the quality gatekeeper screening CVs, assessing fit, and ensuring strong alignment with culture and mission.
  • Source proactively through local platforms (JobsDB, LinkedIn, Line, tech communities) and international networks.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine job scopes, build structured processes, and run efficient hiring cycles.
  • Conduct competency-based and values-based interviews.
  • Provide structured feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain a fast, smooth, and respectful candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Monitor funnel health, using ATS and analytics to improve sourcing strategies.
  • Stay ahead of Thailands talent trends salary benchmarks, sourcing hotspots, and candidate behaviors.

What Were Looking For

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in tech, startup, or fast-scaling environments.
  • Proven ability to hire across different job families (engineering, product, operations, business).
  • Strong sourcing expertise using Thai and international platforms.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
  • Based in Thailand with ability to work in hybrid mode.
