Compensation:
- Base Salary - USD $74,880 to $100,000
- Full-time Benefits
- $10K in relo depending on where they are relocating from
- $15K Sign on bonus

- Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
- Reports to Clinical Manager ICU
- This is a newly opened position
Required Qualifications:
- NM RN License upon hire
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- BLS certification is required
- ACLS, PALS and TNCC are required within six months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in ICU
- 1 year experience in any nursing department
Job Description: This is a newly opened position
Join our team in a 32-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located on the 1st floor. Staffed with RNs and CNAs. Our ICU operates with a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio. We manage a diverse range of diagnoses including respiratory failure, cardio/pulmonary disease, sepsis, and diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, administering specialized treatments, monitoring critical conditions, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This position provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, critical thinking, and compassionate care are paramount. We are looking at expanding our cardiac service line to offer more comprehensive care to the community.
